Policies

Reservation is not final until
deposit and signed rental agreement
is received. Reservations
are first-come, first-served.

Weekly rentals are Sunday 3 p.m. through Saturday 5 p.m., except by special arrangement.

Occupancy limit is 9
individuals, unless special
exception is made by the owner.

No pets or indoor smoking, please.

Life vests are
provided and are required wear on
boats.

Rate includes linens, kitchenware, use of boats
and other recreational equipment.
Reservation requires 50% advance
deposit. Refundable security
deposit is $200.
