Policies
- Reservation is not final until deposit and signed rental agreement are received. Reservations are first-come, first-served.
- Weekly rentals are Saturday 3 p.m. through Saturday 10 a.m., except by special arrangement.
- Occupancy limit is 12 individuals, unless special exception is made by the owner.
- No pets or indoor smoking.
- Life vests are provided and are required wear on boats.
- Rate includes linens, kitchenware, use of boats and other recreational equipment. Reservation requires $500 advance deposit. Refundable security deposit is $200.
- Checks should be made payable to Brian Norkett (owner).
